We recently gave this conservatory on Moor End Road an overhaul by installing a new bespoke conservatory roof in Red Brick Tapco roof slates.
After digging an inspection hole in order for the building inspector to inspect the foundations, we were ready to get underway with this project.
The existing polycarbonate roof was removed and a new timber ring beam installed to form a lightweight roof structure.
75mm insulation was installed along with LED lights and two Velux windows. Insulated plasterboard installed and skim plaster finish.
New fascia, soffit and gutters finished off the refurbishment along with the lead work to the abutment.
