This conservatory roof in Halifax has been completely refurbished with a bespoke design and build.
The old polycarbonate roof was removed and new timber rafters installed along with a timber ring beam.
The gables were built up on both sides and insulation installed between the rafters to achieve a U-Value of 0.18KW/M2k.
Internally the ceiling was plastered and energy efficient LED lighting installed.
Two Velux windows were installed, the roof retiled in Tapco Slate which highlights the handsome character of slate but won’t break or delaminate.
The exterior was finished off with new gutter and fascia.
