We needed a company to take on the task of repairing damage to our roof and a bedroom ceiling caused by the incorrect installation of solar panels. Ploughcroft could deal with both the solar panels and the repairs. Ploughcroft provided an excellent job. They were punctual, courteous, tidy and extremely hard working even in the heat of 2018. They were respectful of our property and of our neighbours. So pleased we found this company. High standard of work. First class service throughout the company. Highly recommended.

“Ploughcroft installed and Eco Roof on our bungalow over two years ago. The bungalow has a low apex roof and vaulted ceiling that we love, however, there was no insulation. Ploughcroft replaced 2 areas of the flat roof, one was leaking, repaired roof tiles and flashing, and repaired gutters. They inspected and provided quotes really quickly and started and finished the job early. The roofers (Tom, Luke and someone whose name I am afraid I do not know) worked extremely hard, efficiently and tidily. They were consistently helpful, professional and polite. Guarantees have been sent quickly. It rained and snowed heavily since the work was completed and not only is the house dry, it is also warmer. Excellent job, pleased with the whole process.

As Bailiffe Bridge School is a heritage building Ploughcroft is always our first choice when it comes to roofing work. Their work is second to none! Unfortunately, during this year’s summer holiday, the school was targeted for lead theft. The damage done was significant and the forecast of imminent storms and heavy rain left the school in a very vulnerable position. Ploughcroft started work immediately; extra teams were put on the job to minimise the potential of internal water ingress. They provided a range of before and after photographs (useful for insurance purposes) and ensured that the work was completed on schedule, ready for the start of the new academic year. The whole process from enquiry to the work and workmen has been completed to a very high standard. Every day I was advised the men had arrived, their work ethics were high and they cleaned up every day! The men were polite and worked very hard. I cannot praise the workmen enough. Very impressed.

These guys are the best. My initial phone call & letter with accompanying brochures all within 24hrs to arranging Nick the Surveyor & site visit & start date same week. Answered my questions reinstallation & technical details. Scaffolding erected & followed all Health & Safety procedures. We were very pleased with the whole procedure of replacing our conservatory roof with tiles. We were informed every day, by Shaun, which contractors would be arriving.
