Can one of your arty pupils put pen to paper to help your school win £2,500?
A new competition run by the Halifax Evening Courier and Ploughcroft Solar, wants one young artist to design a new company logo. We want young artists to design a new logo to be used on our marketing products.
The winning school will receive £2,500 and the artist will get a £50 shopping voucher
Any year 5 and 6 Calderdale pupil enter to win the prize for their school.
Why? Well Ploughcroft Solar wants to educate children about the benefits of solar energy and show them the role it will have in the lives of future generations.
We also hope it will highlight the benefits of renewable energy to the younger generations.

The winning design will be printed in the special Courier supplement before the public vote for the winner
