• We strip the roof, salvage all sound slates and renew damaged ones.
• Breather felt and ventilated dry verge or dry ridge prevents condensation.
• Bottom layer of felt is rot-resistant and we use an eaves drip into the gutter.

Insulation

Compliance with Part L building regulations means that all re-roofs and replacement of greater than 25% roof area should include an upgrade in insulation.
