Solar Design Engineer Job Vacancy

Due to continual expansion, Ploughcroft require experienced, fully qualified Surveyors.

We are trusted installation partners for Vaillant, Wolseley (Plumb Centre), and N-Power. We are the only installers in England of the latest in Solar PV technology and the only solar installers in the UK with an NVQ accredited training centre.

Due to continual expansion, Ploughcroft require experienced, fully qualified Project Co-ordinators. Ploughcroft are well renowned for our excellent customer service and we are therefore looking for highly professional and competent individuals to join our team.

Good communication skills and a commitment to professionalism are essential as is a mature attitude. Applicants must also be passionate about customer care and be capable of delivering first class customer service. Applicants must be educated to Degree level or equivalent in an engineering subject area and have experience of two years or more of engineering and delivering projects. Only those applicants who can demonstrate a good knowledge and respect for health & safety and working at heights will be considered.

Previous experience within the renewable energy sector is desirable although training will be given to all successful applicants in our in-house NVQ accredited training academy in West Yorkshire

A clean driving licence is essential and applicants considered for this position will be subject to CRB checks.

Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive training program in order for them to fully understand the Ploughcroft ethos and be able to communicate this to clients.
