Basement Conversions

An alternative to extensions and loft conversions may be a basement conversion. Transform previously unusable damp areas into a beautiful habitable space or storage facility.

For less damp areas, we recommend a cavity drain membrane system, whereby a reinforced plastic wall lining is fixed to the damp wall and plasterboard attached. Guaranteed for 20 years.

For wet areas, a sementitious tanking system is required, which utilises a sump pump to drain away water as required
